• I contributed to the displayed Artwork in the course of my duties and employment at Kimberly-Clark; 

• I contributed to each piece of Artwork shown in the manner which I have represented and have not displayed projects to which I have not personally made a significant creative contribution;

• I have been granted permission by Kimberly-Clark, copyright owner of the selected Artwork, to showcase my contributions to the Artwork as portfolio examples, and

• K-C is not responsible for the accuracy of any representations I may make regarding the creation or use of this Artwork or my role in creating it.
